The client is the founder of a women’s club in Lithuania, an expert in massage and face fitness, and the owner of a salon in Klaipeda.

She has developed proprietary techniques for natural facial rejuvenation without injections. She offers both offline and online training for massage therapists and individuals looking to enhance their appearance without invasive procedures.

Her website provides access to face fitness courses, with packages priced between 200 € and 1,500 €.

Targeting
The campaign focused on Lithuania and Lithuanian speakers worldwide.

Target Audience (Women):

  • 25-50 years old: Dissatisfied with specific facial features.
  • 27-32 years old: Experiencing the first signs of skin aging.
  • 33-40 years old: Seeking to slow the aging process.
  • 41-50 years old: Addressing pronounced signs of aging.
  • 51+ years old: Targeting deep skin changes.
  • Expert’s subscribers: Individuals eager to expand their face fitness knowledge.

Tasks

The overarching goal was to efficiently utilize a 3,150 € budget to maximize registrations at the lowest possible cost within 7 days.

Specific Tasks:

  • Design the structure of advertising campaigns and allocate them across separate ad accounts for Instagram and Facebook.
  • Analyze previous campaign launches, prepare audience segments, and formulate new hypotheses.
  • Develop creatives in multiple formats and craft compelling ad copy.
  • Configure and launch the advertising campaigns.

What Was Done

  1. Created 50 static layouts for feed and stories, plus 13 video creatives in Reels format.
  2. Developed 5 ad copy variations using top copywriting practices.
  3. Launched 4 advertising campaigns with the “Sales” objective, each featuring 11 ad groups.
  4. Added UTM tags to monitor performance.
  5. Directed traffic to a mini-landing page, allowing registration via Telegram, Facebook Messenger, or Viber.

Results

  1. Revenue on the webinar day: 118 purchases, totaling over 80,000 €.
  2. ROMI = 1 934% 
  3. Registrations: 5 682. 
  4. Cost per registration: 0,47 €. 
  5. Total Expenses: 3 150 €

Conclusions

  1. Facebook emerged as the most effective platform for both registration volume and cost efficiency.
  2. Using separate ad accounts and maintaining a backup account enabled the campaign to succeed despite ad blocks.
