Overview
This document describes the procedures for requesting, processing, and executing data deletion in the SCALE system in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and other regional regulations.
Legal Basis
Under Article 17 of the GDPR (“right to be forgotten”) and similar provisions in other legislation, data subjects have the right to request the deletion of their personal data under certain circumstances. As stated in our Privacy Policy, we are committed to upholding these rights and providing appropriate mechanisms for their enforcement.
Types of Data Deletion Requests
- Requests from Clients (Data Controllers)
As a data controller, you have the right to request: - Complete deletion of all your account data
- Partial deletion of specific categories of data
- Deletion of specific end-user data
- Requests from End-Users
End-users should direct their requests to you as the data controller. Upon receiving such a request, you can: - Use our platform to delete the data yourself
- Forward the request to our support team if additional assistance is needed
Data Deletion Request Procedure via Support
If you need assistance or do not have access to the dashboard, you can submit a data deletion request via email:
- Send the request to support@rakhnianskii.com
- Use the subject line “Data Deletion Request”
- Provide your account identifier and a description of the request
- Attach documents confirming your identity or authorization
- Our team will process the request within 30 days
Request Processing Times
- Data deletion requests are processed within 30 calendar days of receipt
- In cases of technical complexity or large data volumes, the period may be extended to 60 days (with mandatory notification)
- Requests made through the dashboard are typically completed faster (within 7 business days)
Data Deletion Process
What Happens During Deletion
When a data deletion request is fulfilled:
- Data is erased from active systems and databases
- Data is removed from backups within a maximum of 30 days
- Technical metadata is anonymized to maintain system integrity
- Data transmitted to Facebook/Meta through our Business Solution Provider is deleted in accordance with their policies and our BSP agreement
Exceptions to Deletion
Certain data may be retained even after a deletion request in the following cases:
- When retention is necessary to comply with legal obligations
- For the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims
- When anonymized aggregated data is used for statistical purposes
- If the data is necessary for fraud detection or security purposes
In such cases, access to the data is strictly limited, and its protection is ensured.
Deletion Confirmation
Upon completion of the deletion process, you will receive:
- An email confirming the request has been fulfilled
- A unique request identifier for future reference
- A detailed report on the categories of data deleted
Impact of Deletion on Services
Deleting data may affect the functionality of the service as follows:
- Complete account deletion will result in the termination of services
- Partial deletion may limit certain features
- Deletion of end-user data may affect personalization and interaction history
