  • You (our Client): You are the data controller for all your end users’ data.

As the data controller, YOU bear sole and full responsibility for:

  • Ensuring lawful grounds for processing your end users’ data
  • Obtaining necessary consents from end users
  • Providing appropriate privacy notices
  • Responding to data subject requests
  • Complying with all applicable data protection laws

  • Data is transferred to Meta/Facebook and WhatsApp as part of the necessary integration
  • We do not transfer your data to other third parties, except as required by law
